I’m not someone who usually leaves negative reviews, but after multiple disappointing experiences, I felt it was necessary to share my feedback. On two separate occasions, the same employee prepared my Frappuccino incorrectly. While making the drinks, she was engaged in conversation instead of focusing on the order, and I also observed her touching her nose with her hands before handling the lid that was placed on my drink without changing gloves or washing her hands. That was very concerning from a hygiene standpoint. I chose not to post the video I took as a courtesy to the employee, but I do believe management should address this issue. I know I’m not the only customer who has experienced problems with drinks not being made correctly. I spoke with the managers twice. They were polite and, after the first incident, provided a gift card, which I appreciated. However, after the same problems occurred again, I felt it was important to leave a public review. When customers are paying around $7 for a coffee, they should expect both quality and proper food-handling practices. I hope management provides additional training so future customers have a better experience.

I understand that the staff may be busy, but I really hope they receive better customer service training. When a customer who clearly needed help made eye contact with them, they quickly looked away and seemed more focused on talking among themselves. This happened not just once, but twice. I hope the management understands that this kind of customer service may be one of the reasons Starbucks is struggling.

It actually took me awhile to post this review. For the past months, someone has been messing up, not exactly preparing the drink as ordered. Whenever we order Cafe Mocha, it ends up just tasting like milk. Whenever we ordered Mocha Frappe with NO whip cream, they add whip cream or they ended up giving the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappe. Someone needs to be thorough with reading the orders.

Bring back the tables! What happened to the tables? Have they decided that people don't deserve their own tables? There is a shortage of those personal tables, which limits the seating that I had been used to every weekend. The best part of these places is supposed to be sitting down, eat your food and drink your coffee...when there are enough tables to sit at. This locations seating is more limited than others, now made worse with them taking tables away. The number of seating has remained largely unchanged, but being able to eat at a table when you have more than a drink to consume. Right now, I am sitting with only a tall chair to act as my table. The food an drinks are decent. As always, my drink order doesn't seem to get as much attention as others who have made their orders later than I have.

Service is 5 stars. Give it up to the hard working staff. Great spot for your morning Joe before you head off on your day. Plenty of treats and snacks. Oh yeah, they have pup 🐶 cups too
